The client aimed to boost customer lifetime value (LTV) with a loyalty program that streamlined point collection, tier progression, and reward redemption. By integrating transactional data and brand interactions, the program enhanced customer engagement and retention.
Customers may easily earn and redeem points in our tiering and gamification loyalty program. Transactional and brand encounters automatically banked points, and RFM and LTV analysis tailored journeys for each consumer segment. This initiative successfully attracted the members, with high monthly active users (MAU) driving sustained engagement.
